With about 8 km distance to Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale and Mellrichstadt, the apartment is optimally connected for traffic.

Ostheim liegt am Fuße des vulkanischen Mittelgebirges und Biosphärenreservats Rhön, im 3-Ländereck Bayern, Hessen, Thüringen mit herrlichen Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Sternenpark Rhön lockt mit Führungen zum spektakulären Sternenzelt.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. Rothhäuser Mühle (Korbhaus) in Bavaria/Lower Franconia

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Our apartment is located in the center of Merkershausen, a district of Bad Königshofen. A kitchen with dining table awaits you, a living room with sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue area with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house is another apartment upstairs. Parking is free on the street.
