Ved annekset er der en udendørs jacuzzi samt udendørs bruser med varmt vand. Sommerhuset har en fantastisk udsigt ud over klitterne mod vest, som har sin charme på alle årstider.

Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14.
