Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Unser ehemaliger Heu-Erntewagen, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einem schnuckeligen Tiny-House umgebaut wurde, steht in unserem sehr naturnah gestalteten Garten! Eine große Veranda lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein! Das Häuschen hat eine kleine Küche und verfügt über 2 Betten für jeweils 2 Personen. Am Abend und bei kühlen Wetter sorgt ein Kaminofen für kuschelige Wärme. Wer mag kann sich beim Füttern der bei uns lebenden Tiere mit einbringen oder in unserer Töpferei kreativ werden!

Modernes Studio mit Terrasse und Blick in den Obstgarten – ideal für entspannte Tage im Grünen. Genieße deinen Kaffee aus der Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine oder entspanne bei Netflix und Amazon Prime. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind besonders bequem: EDEKA, ALDI und eine Bäckerei liegen direkt gegenüber. Der Bahnhof ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die A30 in nur 2 Minuten. Für Elektroautos besteht zudem eine Lademöglichkeit vor Ort. Perfekt für 1–3 Gäste.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo - e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer are provided. There is also a free shared pool and sauna (€1 per 20 min.).
