During the winter period, heating costs are extra. The residence is located in the heart of the pine forest with views of the golf course and beach access.

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

We offer a very bright 20 m² studio adjoining a private house with independent entrance, not overlooked. Quiet neighborhood, secure parking on the property. Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
