Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

Women's room – comfortably furnished apartment in a detached house We don't want to discriminate against anyone, but we rent this apartment in our house exclusively to our female guests, occasionally to couples. All other guests are welcome in our cozy little apartment (about 500 m). The 36 m² apartment (completely renovated and newly furnished in 2020) is located in the basement of our detached house and can be reached via a separate entrance.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

In another room there is a kitchenette with a living/dining area. A sleeping option is on a top floor, which can be reached via a wooden ladder (NO STAIRS!). The residential unit has a size of about 23 square meters. Use of the garden is NOT part of the listing.
