The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). The tiny house overlooking the horse paddock is on our historic farm at the gates of Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separate toilet (ingenious, no unpleasant odors). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cozy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor dishwasher/shampoo allowed. Fireplace and fireplace by arrangement.
