Our garden invites you to linger. The Schaumburg region has a lot to offer: e.g. Bückeburg Castle, Wilhelm Busch birthplace, Steinhuder Meer, Dino Park,... Mittelland Canal and Weser invite you to bike tours, the Bückeberge to hike. From Kirchhorsten train station you can reach Hannover/Messe in just over 1 hour

Emil's Winkel am Wald invites you to enjoy the tranquility with us at Wald am Bückeberg. Make yourself comfortable in a 1-room apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, which we have furnished with love and care. In addition, we have purchased furniture made of recycled wood and the upholstery is made of recycled plastic :-) You are welcome in our garden and can pick some fresh herbs for dinner. The accommodation, about 35 square meters, is located right on the Obernkirchen golf course, in the middle of Schaumburg Land. A second small room can be used as a lounge. In the immediate vicinity are Edeka with bakery, Rewe with bakery, Aldi, a gas station and restaurants.

I rent a small cozy 1-room apartment with a separate entrance right in the center of town. At the top under the roof you will find a living room-bedroom with a small desk, armchairs and a 140 x 200 bed, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen. Bakeries, supermarkets and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The bedroom opens out to the garden and is so beautifully quiet. Stadthagen train station is a 20-minute walk. A bike can be rented on request.

Our cozy half-timbered chalet between Bückeburg (7.5 km) and Stadthagen (7 km) offers peace and relaxation amidst fields and meadows. A supermarket, bakery and other shops are only 400 m away. The chalet has two sleeping options, a kitchenette and a glazed area with fireplace. A natural stone terrace invites you to relax. Horses at the farm especially delight children. Free parking available, parties not allowed, quiet hours from 10 pm.

Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
