The Retreat was truly amazing. Nested in a Cul De Sac, with extreme privacy and quiet, it provided the right setting for some good rest. Majorlein is a wonderful host and has designed the home expertly to ensure you have everything needed to unplug and thoroughly enjoy your stay. It is also quite spacious, airy, with multiple seating, lounging and resting areas. A truly wonderful location.

A beautiful location, a magical night sky, a lovely host! A cute Cottage with everything you need. My suggestion, add the hot tub fees to rate like most properties that have this feature. Will recommend this cottage to everyone!

Our stay at Mariaan’s place in Stilbaai was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the seaside whenever we wanted. The Place was amazing,we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house dog, Daisy, was our favorite guest. We loved the animals surrounding the place and the tastings that we were available close to the property. Would definitely be returning soon❤️

A Truly Magical Escape – Frog Mountain Stole Our Hearts Wow, some places truly touch your soul, and Frog Mountain is one of them. You can feel the love, care, and passion that Gabriela has poured into creating this magical retreat. Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the joy of walking up to the labyrinth and witnessing a breathtaking sunset to the pure exhilaration of squealing down the foofy slide—every moment felt special. We loved hiking to the waterfall and rock pools, immersing ourselves in nature’s beauty. Our cozy rondavel felt like a warm hug after each day of adventure. The charm of Frog Mountain extends beyond the landscapes—it’s in the horses grazing peacefully, the cows wandering the fields, and the symphony of beautiful birdsong each morning. Swimming in the river was a refreshing delight, and every corner of this place felt like a gift to the soul. We are deeply grateful

Really special home in a beautiful location. A great deal of attention was paid to small touches, such as little gifts in the kitchen, fresh flowers and welcoming drinks. Access to the lush herb garden was a fantastic privilege. Emz, the liaison at the accommodation was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back again for a longer holiday.

Greg & Sam, are amazing hosts. They let me know which dirt roads are the best for travel and kept me up to date with information about the area. As a keen hiker, I was invited to hike with them in Rooiberg Mountains and experience its pristine beauty, which is food of the soul. The village where her property is located offers a peaceful, safe, and picturesque environment. Her home exudes charm and character, adding a unique touch to the stay.

This is an incredible stay! Annalize is a wonderful host. The cottage itself is gorgeous and includes homely and heartwarming amenities such as cappuccino sachets, biscuits, and even a packet of microwave popcorn!

We had such a magical long weekend! This beautiful home wasn’t just the perfect getaway—it was the perfect fit for our family. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we loved every second. We were all so sad to leave! The location is ideal—central to Malgas and close to local restaurants and the shop, all surrounded by the most stunning natural beauty. The house is incredibly well-stocked and peaceful. We especially appreciated how sound doesn’t travel through the house easily—a huge bonus when you’ve got lively little ones! Having access to the two-man kayak was a real treat. The weather played along, and we spent hours paddling on the river—it was absolute bliss. We’ll definitely be back! We had such an amazing surprise when we arrived at Berry Guest Farm - Raspberry cottage. We had booked as a last minute break and due to the responsive host had just gone straight ahead without getting too much info. What a treat when we arrived with our 4 children. The farm is a child’s paradise with activities - from amazing zip lines, canoes that are free to use at any time, fishing, waterslides, warm pool, night time child friendly hikes with UV torches… the list goes on, but the plus is that the scenery and nature of the place makes it paradise for adults too. Surrounded by spectacular mountains, and a short distance from nature reserves with hikes, waterfalls, mountain trails and wildlife, well we were just spoilt for choice! We had no idea that the small airbnb we had booked offered all this and we will be sure to return with friends to book a few of the cottages and maybe even camp on the campsite. Note: the campsite was very close to the house but noise wasn’t an issue

Charmaine and Paul were both super friendly and helpful. The house had everything we needed, including lovely views of the mountain! Very modern and clean, with those of great reading material about what to do in the surrounding areas. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Carin's place in Still Bay. It is a bit rustic, but it was clean and neat our family enjoyed the location on a superb beach. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor shower. We appreciated Carin's help with a few issues and some items we left behind. Thanks Carin!

Great place for a relaxing weekend, cozy fireplace inside for colder days and great hiking routes and scenic swimming spots for the summer. If you’ve come this far, make that booking.

Our recent overnight stay was a delightful experience, surrounded by breathtaking scenery that added to the peaceful ambiance. The host was not only friendly but also responsive to all needs, making the stay exceptionally enjoyable. It served as a wonderful break-away, providing a serene escape from the usual hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful and tranquil setting.

My sone and I had a really relaxing and peaceful stay. The place is very close to the river, the harbour and beautiful walks. While it has no views really, it is more than made up for by the shelter from the wind, which was strong while we were there. We were able to comfortably sit on the sunny patio and get on with our braai, with no care for the wind.

Excellent location and fantastic host. Great stay, highly recommended, close to everything.

The dirt road to the place can be tricky if you don't have the right vehicle. We had a 4x4 and it was just awesome. No TV but the view and the lake made up for that, my family enjoyed fishing and the breathtaking scenery. Sanet makes sure you have all you need, including charcoal for the braai, firelighters, rusks and even a bottle of wine 🍷. We will definitely stop over here again.
