I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and love it every stay! William’s apartment is convenient, cozy, and super location to the coffee shop, wine bar and brewery. Couldn’t be better, and couldn’t be happier with my stay. Will be back for many return trips.

This was our first stay in this part of Duluth. While it was a bit of a drive to some parts of the city, the quality, price, & privacy of this studio apartment was well worth it. The road outside is fairly well traveled during the day but the neighborhood felt very safe & at night, it was quiet with virtually no traffic noises. There is a gas station across the street & a grocery store nearby. We also discovered Lester Park nearby right before we left town. Next time we’d like to walk there. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, & spacious. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it is nice & as shown. The bathroom was lovely & the fixtures/amenities are very nice. The laundry room was also helpful in our short stay. I would give the king mattress 7.5/10 (& I’m particular about mattresses :). The only unusual thing was that the bed & the couch are very low to the ground. But that didn’t pose issues for us. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to come back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience staying at Cherie’s apartment! The place was spotless, well-supplied, and incredibly comfortable. The sheets were super soft, and the towels were large and fluffy—just the kind of touches that make a stay feel extra special. Cherie’s communication was top-notch. She kept in touch before, during, and after our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. When she learned why we were in town, she went above and beyond by bringing over a thermos for us to borrow, which was a thoughtful gesture. She also added a crockpot when I asked if one was available. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the heated garage! With temperatures dipping to -15°F outside, we didn’t have to worry about scraping snow and ice off our car each morning. The car was always warm and ready to go, and we never had to start our day in the cold. We would not hesitate to stay at any of Cherie’s properties in the future.

This rental has it all for any couple who wants to experience the beauty of Lake Superior and be able to walk to just about everything in Duluth. We explored the North Shore by car during the day and the city by foot in the evening. The view is so mesmerizing it's hard to close the curtains at night and miss the early sunrise, if you're lucky you can watch a ship passing through the famous lift bridge too.

Amazing place to stay right on the beach and in quick walking distance to canal park. Was amazing being right on the beach and being able to enjoy the beach at night and watch the ships come in. Carl was super responsive and quick to respond! Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying at Jennifer’s renovated barn! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), the location was perfect (very close to the the lakewalk) and view of the lake was a special bonus. The neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors friendly. A couple of people actually stopped and helped us when they were seeing us struggle a bit to orient ourselves before we started our walk to the lake. :) I also appreciated Jennifer providing a brief description of the history of the barn right on the wall near the kitchen. It was fun to see/think about how it looked and operated back then. I had a question for Jennifer toward the end of our stay (just related to check-out process) and she responded immediately. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Jennifer!

As advertised, clean, quiet and comfortable! Beds were fantastic, haven't slept that well in months! Would recommend!

We had a great stay at the Island Lake Getaway. Fishing was great right off the dock. We were able to use kayaks and pedal boats, and they also had lots of sand toys and games for the kids to play outside. There isn’t anything that could have made this a better stay than it was! We were so impressed with the property, and all the family who came to visit was also blown away by how beautiful it was. We usually book a hotel when we stay in Duluth, but this was so much better for our family of 4.

The cabin is beautiful. Everything looked just like the pictures. It surely exceeded our expectations, we had a peaceful and relaxing weekend. Thanks Moriah for having such an amazing place ✨️

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The place was so cute and cozy and was exceptionally clean! Our family of four had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay here. I have no hesitation in recommending this location and the kind hosts. It made for a great relaxing and peaceful retreat near the Duluth area. It was an easy drive to Duluth and the North Shore. We would definitely choose to return if there was an opportunity to do so. We had a wonderful stay! I was traveling with my 5-year-old and 3-year-old, and this place couldn’t have been more perfect for a family getaway. The kids loved spending time by the lake, playing with the extra toys and games on the property, and especially making s’mores by the fire at night. It was the kind of stay where you truly make lasting memories together. A special shoutout to Daniela. She was fantastic. Super attentive, quick to respond, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Her personal touch made the whole experience even better. Beth’s place was a wonderful little break for us. The lake and surroundings were peaceful and beautiful and the cabin was the perfect spot for my busy family of 6! The tree swing and hammocks were a huge hit with my kids and we even braved a canoe ride with a few of them. 😂 We loved sitting out at the fire at nights and having fun s’mores. Beth was super responsive and very accommodating and had some great recommendations for fishing and local places to visit. House was very well stocked, with extras in the kitchen and bedrooms and she even had rain jackets we could use if needed! We will definitely come stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The arrival instructions were very clear and the parking passes a huge win in this busy area. The condo is beautiful and very clean with plenty to do to pass the time in between activities in the very walkable neighborhood. We often just did takeout and ate in the condo as it was better than sitting in a restaurant after a long day.

Great place! We enjoyed our stay. Loved being close to all amenities of Giants Ridge. Very spacious room and nice to have multiple bathrooms! Eldon communicated all details ahead of our stay and shared all information we needed and more!

First class all around. I have stayed here two times for fishing trips. The instructions and rules are very-simple. Doyle very easy to get a hold of for any of our needs.

The place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. Also, it is incredibly close to one of the alpine ski lofts for Giants Ridge (literally right across the street). We will definitely stay again!

We are a family of three with a teenager. We spent a few days during the week here to ski, and it was fabulous. Everyone had their own space. The communication with the host was excellent the whole time anything we needed they were readily available and accommodating. we would love to come back
