The main path leads up to a field for tent pitches if you have extra guests with spectacular views of the Peak District. Fernilee Hut has a double bed, table and chairs and a wood stove. The Shepherd's Hut, at Spring House Farm, is an 8' x 18' spacious, light and airy bespoke crafted traditional hut benefitting from modern day comforts. With a super private setting, looking west to Mam Tor, it has a wood burning stove, en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette area (with kettle, toaster, microwave & slow-cooker) plus terrace area with BBQ & garden furniture. It offers excellent Wi-Fi, TV and DVD. The hut is a 15 mins walk along lanes to the pretty & historic village of Castleton.

Shepherds hut, Peak District, Derbyshire Hills

The Railway Carriage/Shepherds Hut is located in the Peak District, Derbyshire within the picturesque grounds of our small remote campsite. It has its own private garden surrounded by drystone walls and amazing views of the surrounding area. Designed and finished to a high contemporary standard while also maintaining the heritage of the 1930s railway carriage. Surprisingly spacious it has an en suite shower room, kitchen, sofa, a wood burning stove and a double bed.
