Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in High Point

We are traveling musicians and needed a one night stay before hitting the road again. The place was cozy, spacious, and very clean. Would recommend and stay again!

I’m so glad I chose to stay at Stacia’s place! The home was beautifully furnished and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, and each bedroom was equipped with its own TV, ceiling fan, and a cozy bed. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, making the entire process seamless. Most importantly, Stacia was the most responsive host I’ve ever had! Back Porch was my favorite spot in the morning, birdsong and coffee. practically a bird sanctuary. well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Living areas spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms clean and comfortable.

Second time at this location, very nice place for a family gathering. Very responsive and easy to work with.

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

Me and my family were in NC for our Aunt's 80th birthday celebration. I was looking for something that was not to far away but also offered stores and restaurants near by. Traveling with young teenage adults always means trying to make sure there is something to keep them busy. Living in the City means always finding a nice spacious quiet area. This place is just that, nice quiet neighborhood and the bonus is being around a bunch of nice friendly neighbors. The place is beautiful and offers all the space you and your family need. If you decide to rent, trust me you won't be disappointed. And the best part Danielle is a great host. Every text I sent, she responded right away. Thank you Danielle for sharing your home with me and my family.

Our family spent a lovely graduation weekend at their house. The house has first-floor bedrooms which were comfortable for our older parents. The game room entertained our adult children in between events, and everyone had a perfect amount of space for catching up and relaxing. We really appreciated the extra attention-graduation decorations were so thoughtful! Thanks for a great weekend!

The place was perfect for two people, very convenient location for us to visit family in the area. Bed was super comfy, shower pressure was great and hot.

Our stay was the perfect space for us to rest and relax while we were visiting our family. Despite being June the weather was a little too chilly to enjoy swimming. My favorite morning and evening spot was in the porch swing by the pool. There are friendly hosts and then there are Jill and her family. They were so gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick to answer any questions but ensured we had our privacy too. We have never enjoyed our hosts as much as the brief time we spent chatting with Jill and her husband. There are lots of books, board games, and little amenities like a towel warmer in the bathroom. We had coffee for our mornings and bottled water already in the refrigerator when we arrived- nice after a long drive. We were gone most of the day but arriving at night and having the pool area lit up was so inviting. When we find our way back to the area we hope to find her property available so we can stay again.

Our stay was more than we expected. Lisa and Ginny were such accommodating hosts. We felt like family! We will definitely be booking again when we’re in town visiting our children.

This apartment was just as described! I was in town for my son's Parents' Weekend at HPU and I booked this spot for my husband and me to stay. My husband got sick at the last minute, so I was so thankful to have a place that felt cozy and safe for my time there alone. They really do have everything that you could think of! I felt right at home and even fell asleep (for a little while) on the couch with the cozy throw blankets. The bed was super-comfortable with soft sheets. I did not hear any noises from the upstairs home. The street parking is well-lit and I had no problem parking right by the walkway to the entrance. Everything was very clean! The bathroom was newly renovated and I particularly liked the wall heater and the cute basketweave tile. There was a lovely basket of snacks on my arrival and even a bottle of wine from a local winery! I hope that my husband will be able to join me at the Carolina Cottage on our next visit to HPU! We felt right at home in her home. It was quiet and restful which was what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep almost immediately. My husband really enjoyed the squirrel outside the sliding door. I would recommend her to anyone.She is very friendly and she wants everyone to feel at home.

The cottage was cozy, neat and exactly what my husband and I needed for a weekend getaway! The space is perfectly sized for a single traveler or a couple. We had a small issue with the hot tub and Scott got back to us and solved it quickly, which we really appreciated! Overall, was so peaceful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

A lovely apartment in a quiet part of town. It was exactly as described, extremely clean and tidy with all the noted amenities. Check-in / check-out was easy, with lots of helpful notes in the apartment. Location is super convenient for the ballpark and a short 15-20 minute walk to town. Carolyn is a great host. She was extremely helpful with any of my queries during my stay. Her property is very neat and clean and lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a home away from home, this is it!!

Probably the best location in Winston. Easily walkable to many places, a cozy setup, and a well stocked place. Will definitely be returning in our future trips to Winston.

We loved staying at Christy's place. Our son was graduating this weekend from HPU. The proximity to the school was amazing. It is also convenient to the stores and restaurants, but at the same time private and quiet. We wish we new about this four years ago! The home was clean and well equipped for all of our needs. First floor living and parking right out front was a plus. If we find ourselves in High Point in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Five stars all around! Thank you Christy!

Very quiet and cozy. It was very close and convenient to the activities my friend and I had planned for the weekend. I forgot to pack my travel fan for sleeping but we found a fan in each closet which was a life saver! This place was a perfect find.
