The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Drei komfortable Doppelbetten (jeweils 1,60 x 2,00 m) stehen in zwei Zimmern zur Verfügung und sorgen für eine angenehme Übernachtung. Eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 260 mit Direktverbindung zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof) sowie ein Supermarkt befinden sich nur etwa drei Gehminuten entfernt.

In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The highlight of the 60 sqm apartment is the 40 sqm roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.
