Pet's MUST be included in reservation dropdown at booking. Approval for 2nd dog prior to booking with additional fee charged. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

Otherwise, cancellation policy holds. Host is only responsible to access of property from I-95. Also cannot guarantee condition of amenities: grills, bikes, clutter etc.
