Waterfront holiday rentals in Hilton Head Island

Beth Allen’s rental unit was very nice! Everything was clean, comfortable and in order with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed easy access to the beach which was what we had most hoped for. The unit is supplied with items such as a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and even a small cooler. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great if you’re a small family on the island for a short amount of time. Easy walk to the beach, shops and fun restaurants. Elevator helpful for hauling groceries, luggage and beach gear.

We highly recommend this Airbnb hosted by Keith! Cannot say one negative thing ! Keith was responsive within minutes, so helpful. Condo had EVERYTHING we could possibly need or want. Great location, so peaceful, close to beach. Would DEFINITELY stay again!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is perfect for a family of three (2 adults & 1 toddler). It is in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Thanks for allowing others to enjoy your beautiful home.

Halle’s place was absolutely spectacular! We’ve done several stays at Coligny Beach but this takes top spot. Host was very responsive, although didn’t have a need to reach out because they’ve thought of everything!! Unobstructed views of the ocean and extremely convenient location. Just park and walk to everything. Will come back!!

Check in was easy, finding parking was not a problem and the elevator came in very handy when we had a lot of items to take down or bring up. The walk to the beach was easy and the washing station on the way back was great to get the sand off. Just across the street are a lot of restaurants to choose from. John was quick to respond when we had questions and the condo was nice and clean. We would definitely come back and stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Spa Room 3215! David and his family were exceptional hosts! The condo was newly renovated and everything was just as described in the listing! We frequently stay in airbnd, vrbo, and timeshare condos. We were most impressed with the welcome snacks, well stocked kitchen area to include cookware, a variety of spices, seasonings, and so many other things needed to prepare a meal in a home away from home! Dish detergent, paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, ziplock bags and food storage containers among other things were also available which was totally awesome! The unit also had lots of books, games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and so many more useful things to help us have an enjoyable stay! The Spa itself is a perfect location, right off the beach! Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed grilling out beside the beach and sitting on the swing watching the waves! We also attended the Mitchelville Juneteenth Celebration up the street.

The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. A nice place for our family and friends to stay and enjoy the beach. Tons of space and things included to consider their guests such as toys, beach chairs, wagons, and more! I’d recommend it to any one. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. No issues here! Only good times! Thanks

We had an amazing stay at this beach bungalow in Hilton Head! The home was beautifully decorated with coastal charm and calming colors that made it feel like a true retreat. The beach gear room was a huge bonus—everything we needed was already there. The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, watching birds and the alligator in the lagoon made it feel like our own little nature show. Our host was absolutely top-notch—super friendly, responsive within minutes, and communicated on a personal level (not just copy-and-paste messages). We had a very minor issue during our stay, and he had it resolved right away. Would absolutely recommend—10/10! Even my husband, who’s usually not a beach fan, said we’re coming back. Can’t wait!

This home was amazing. The decor was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, it was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the management company was so easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again! Oh and a bonus, you can see the shelter cove fireworks from the balcony of the house! Everything was perfect for us!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

This was our second summer staying at this house and it was even better the second time. It has a great floor plan for our two girls and I felt like I had plenty of space in the master suite. The rest is the house was perfect for mingling as a family. Highly recommend!!

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our family (2 littles included). The location is so private and beautiful, we loved sitting outback watching the alligators daily! It’s so close to Coligny, we rented bikes and went all over sea pines too. Loved it!!!!

We will be returning!! The location was great and we loved how easy it was to add on things like bikes or extra bike passes through our booking rather than contacting companies ourselves. They were super responsive! Help videos for everything was super useful! The house was super clean and just as described! They even had dog treats since they knew our dogs were tagging along. Super kind and respectful hosts! My mom kept commenting that when we come back to HHI (which is often) we will only be booking with Linda and Jay!

Balcony views were outstanding! We spent time each evening on it listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. We enjoyed the direct beach access. There were vendors right outside the gate with chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach. The pool was excellent with plenty of pool chairs and umbrellas! There was a beach Tiki Bar within close proximity to the condo(a 2 minute walk)! We would highly recommend staying here!

Had the best time ever here!! Great location. Right by a trolley stop and very easily bailable to all other great attractions including the beach. Will absolutley be back !

Valori was so helpful and thorough with instructions. Her place had everything we needed including all the beach accessories, which I didn’t have to pack because they were already there. The boardwalk to the beach was beautiful and provided access to a beautiful area. We also enjoyed playing pickleball with the paddles provided. Watch out for the corner of the master bed as it will get your shin if you aren’t paying attention! 🤣

We enjoyed our trip! It was a beautiful place to stay in and visit. Terri was very quick to respond with anything we needed. The place was clean and had what we needed! We will definitely be planning another trip here in the future.

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and this place checked all the boxes! Oceanfront, beach, walking and biking paths, and very peaceful and quiet.

It was great. Very spacious and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The pools were great too. Grady was a responsive host. We had a great time!

We could not have asked for a better host, excellent place to stay and so close to the beach. Paul had everything we needed for our stay, including all the equipment to enjoy our time on the beach. We will definitely be back.

The unit was in a great location, beachfront, ocean view, and facility amenities such as pool area and restaurants a short walkable distance from the unit. I appreciated the beach equipment and pack and play already at the unit. This made traveling with an infant much easier and convenient!
