The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a fridge without freezer, double stovetop, double bed (not separable), underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink, as well as towels, bed linens, coffee pod machine and dishes. You'll stay with a wine-growing family with a wine bar.

Apartment is located right on the edge of the forest - ideal for relaxing walks to Karlsburg or Karlstadter city center.

With about 50 square meters of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for max. 3 people, ideal for commuters, business customers and vacationers.

The apartment is in the center of Würzburg, so it can get noisy on weekends despite good insulation. Dort befinden sich Bäcker, Gastronomie und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Hallenbad und eine Naturbadesee mit Seeterasse befinden sich im Ort. Nach Würzburg, Bad Kissingen oder Schweinfurt sind es ca. 25 km.
