Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Cosy cottage in the nature and 75 meter to ocean

This is a wonderful, charming and cozy cottage in a naturreservate with just 100 meter to the ocean, where you also find a small beach and rocks. People like the silence here. Its a with bunk bed (140cm bed and 90 cm beds) and a trinettekitchen and fridge. Shower is outside with cold och hot vatter and also a dubbel outhouse with view over the ocean. Our big house is just beside, but still you got youre own place. Its 21 km to Gothenburg, 17 km to Kungälv and to the lovley Marstrand its 26 km.

Apartment was once part of a stable for 25 horses. Now it is instead decorated with this and 4 other apartments. Horses are left on the farm and you have a view of the riding track on the other side of the lawn. The charm remains in the rafters. At 55 sqm there is all the modern convenience needed. Free parking outside and environmental station for waste disposal. The apartment is included in a larger farm where regular tenants are your neighbors, everything close to Gothenburg.

Completely renovated 18th-century style cottage (2024). The cottage has appeared in magazines and has a high cozy factor. A given accommodation for the interested in building. 400 meters to cozy and quiet beach with jetty in Lensjön. 20 minutes drive to Gothenburg and 15 minutes to Alingsås. Grocery store and restaurants are close at hand down in Floda. Super good mushroom forest in the adjacent forest. 50% of what we earn at our Airbnb we give to charity.

It was great to stay at their house, we felt like home and a part of the family. Deniz’s mom was super friendly and kind. She even helped us cooking, suggested local places to go/eat/drink. It is 5m away from bus stop and total like 25 minutes to center pretty close and easily reachable. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
