From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Rothhäuser Mühle (Korbhaus) in Bavaria/Lower Franconia

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

The lovingly renovated forest villa from 1982 is located on a 6,500 m² plot directly on the edge of the forest – surrounded by old trees and many cozy places to linger. A communal wellness area with fitness equipment, a Jacuzzi and a spacious sauna invites you to relax. Here you can relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy nature to the fullest.

Lovingly furnished in BoHo style apartment in the Rhön, on the Kunstanger in Langenleiten. Equipped with a wonderful fireplace, you will stay in a romantic ambiance. Relax with a nice book and a good glass of wine. Enjoy it all to yourself or have fun with your whole family at this stylish place. In summer, you can enjoy the large garden with hammocks, sun loungers, and a grill as well as a wonderful lounge area.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a 32 apartment building. I can offer 24-hour flexible check in / out. The floor-to-ceiling window front and the balcony provide an impressive panoramic view over the city of Bad Kissingen. Especially at night, the view is spectacular.
