The seaside village of Hythe has a good selection of amenities and boasts a marina you can walk around. Visitors can freely see the activities on Southampton water from its promenade. Our accommodation comprises a new fully self contained upper floor apartment sleeping 2/3 adults. A Velux Cabrio balcony overlooks our garden. Diana and Jim are on hand to give you local advice.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
