Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Holden Beach

An amazing spot, beautiful views, serene vibes and perfect distance from the beach if you like to visit but be free of sand. This was our second time staying and we hope to visit many more times throughout the years. Hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

This is a perfect spot to go with your pups. Easy access to the totally fenced, level yard with shade. Easy travel to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The only thing I thought could be better is the living room furniture, as it was not very comfortable to lounge in on a rainy day.

My family and I had a great time at John's place. we enjoyed the backyard, the home was perfect, and the nearby restaurants were amazing. We also enjoyed going to Holden Beach and spending the day with our grandbabies. Erin left us some great snacks and even came to the home to show us how to work the TV. It ended up being batteries for the remote but nevertheless she made the trip to help. I would definitely recommend John's place and stay there again myself.

This place was amazing, I would book here again and again. This will be our go to spot from here on out, my wife and I fell in love with this place. It is cozy, quiet and relaxing, the atmosphere was perfect. The host provides everything from beach towels to chairs and more. The location is perfect!!!! The foodlion is right around the corner with the beach less than 10 mins away. This place brought back great memories from when my parents had a place here in Holdens Beach.

The house was immaculate! From living quarters, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, screened porch and everything in between it truly felt like no corner was missed and as a mom of 2 young kids that was such a relief to walk into. There were beach and pool items that were actually usable and not rusted and salt water rotted like your typical rental spots. The location was perfect. Far enough from the main road to be private, but close enough to take the golf cart or walk anywhere you’d need to go. Mary was communicative, thankful and kind. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

This place was amazing and so beautiful! It was a quick drive to the beach and the backyard fire pit was perfect for s’mores! The house is the perfect size for a group of ten. Went with a group of friends and we had a fun time and definitely would come back!

Cozy and spacious home withing walking distance to the beach. Perfect for large gatherings with ample outdoor entertaining space and a beautiful dock. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is amazing. My husband and I only stayed 4 nights, but we wished we had stayed longer. Richard has thought of everything to make you truly feel like you’re home away from home. There is literally nothing that he didn’t think of to make us feel welcomed. We truly appreciated that instructions were clear, the home was neat, organized and everything was labeled. Now we are talking about coming back with our 2 grandkids, who would definitely love the game room and creation station. Looking forward to another stay soon. Thank you sooo much Richard!

Such a great place to stay! Had an amazing time, private but also right next to everything. You can walk to the beach/restaurants. Instructions and check-in was a breeze. Definitely would recommend and will come back again!!

Excellent hidden gem within walking distance tp the ocran and all of Kure Beach's shops and eateries. Very cute decorsuper comfy beds!

Our stay was just the getaway we needed! Lary’s place was extremely clean and comfortable! the outdoor space and landscaping were spectacular, it felt like being at a resort. the neighborhood was quite and relaxing, however not walkable to town as there are not many side walks. definitely rent a bike or a golf cart!

Great place, beach house energy!! Walkable to the beach, nice dock at the end of the road. Close to great restaurants and still convenient to Holden & Southport (25-30 min drive) we went to both for dinner. Also has great amenities with the beach equipment they have for guest, helped us as we didn’t come fully prepared as we normally do! Johnny (their Pup) was a sweet touch to say hey to when he was out with his people, the hostess, whom are both very friendly!!!! :) I’d recommend this house to anyone to stay at!

Very quaint beach house, about three blocks from the beach. It is definitely walkable. There were people out walking dogs, jogging, riding golf carts and even roller blading. The house was great. I have some minor back and neck problems, and for us, the beds were not good. If you have similar issues, a couple of inflatable air mattresses might be a good bring along. Other than the mattresses, I have no complaints. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with all the basic cookware and utensils you need. The location was private, quiet, and pretty clean. There was a little residue on the floor- not like it had not been mopped, but like maybe the mop needed to be rinsed and one more pass made. I dropped something, so I wiped the floor with wet paper towel. I wiped up my food I dropped, and a little dirt as well. 😀 Not a big deal for me, considering proximity to the beach and the amount of sand that probably gets dragged in there. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We want to come back!

Me and three others enjoyed our stay here! The condo is exactly as the photos show, it is very clean and roomy for four adults! There is an ocean view balcony and a street view balcony for fresh air. It is close by (walking distance) to surrounding restaurants/bars and the beach. We enjoyed the pool during our stay as well! Susan communicates well and is very responsive! We will be booking again when staying in town in the future!

We love staying at vintage beach houses that are not your usual cookie-cutter type of places that are so common. I love that this house was built by family. You can feel the love, history, and general good vibes in this house. Laura was very helpful and generous with answering all my questions, which I really appreciated! We loved sitting on the back porch (feels like a treehouse!) and watching the birds in the morning and the sunset over the marsh in the evening. It’s a short and straightforward drive to the beach and a very pleasant do-able walk (just over a mile) if you want to get some extra steps in. Laura has everything you need for the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon. Beds and furniture were very comfy and we felt right at home at Laura’s place! Thank you, Laura, Brian, and Melissa for a wonderful stay!

I’ve stayed at this resort before in an RV. Staying in the cabin was just as great. We intend to return. Easy access, friendly staff, and overall great guest in the resort. I highly recommend.

I will definitely book again! This place was a hidden gem! The quiet area, the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere was the perfect getaway in Columbus county. I enjoyed fishing, the dock, the back porch and I had a wonderful trip! The host was proactive and friendly! She left great advice and instructions. I slept so peacefully!

This was our second visit to Jamey and Jeremy's cabins. Highly recommend. The cabins were constructed with planning all through the unit. From outside to inside. Very private. The best compliment I can give them is their "GOOD PEOPLE" Looking forward to our next visit. PS If your lucky enough they might make you biscuits and gravy.

Location was absolutely incredible. Just a few steps from the beach. Proximity to restaurants and nightlife is amazing as well.

This little cabin is an absolute triple threat. You get the country, stunning river view, and only a short drive to the beach. The cabin was immaculately cleaned and well stocked with toiletries, etc. The air units can be set to keep it nice and cool and the beds were clean and comfortable. No mosquitoes even though the river is literally across the little road. Nice surprise for sure. The noise level was surprisingly very quiet even for the weekend. Check-in can't get any simpler and direct. I used the furniture from the porch to block the stairs and my fur baby could chill on the porch with me too. Host was extremely responsive and polite. We didn't get to use the fire pit this time but I imagine it would be amazing especially when it's cold out. And last but not least, the neighbors.... from Colby in the cut to Becky in the back, I was treated with respect and kindness. And they were those type of neighbors that aren't in your business too. I can't wait to visit again.

Words truly can't describe how perfect everything was! This place for starts is like an oasis in paradise. So relaxing and able to disengage with the stress of life. I was able to reflect on life and feel like this place centered me. The place was fully equipped with everything you need for a vacation and so incredibly clean! The building is so sound and so detailed oriented. I would love to live out of this full time. As far as hospitality this place is second to none! They are so welcoming. If you are looking for a great place for food they have something for everyone! I know that anyone would blown away with what ever you get off the menu. I was also able to purchase some great seasoning too! This place is also the best bang for your buck if you are worried about what you get for what you spend. I can't thank them enough for everything and I will be going back for sure!
