I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described (if not better). The kitchen had everything I needed, and the little touches—like fresh towels, local recommendations, and quick communication—really made it feel like home. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout the stay. This was the perfect homebase for our beach vacation! Walkable to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful landscaping! Eric provided a lot of beach amenities like a cooler, chairs, and a wagon that made the vacation just that much easier. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Sara's place! She provided clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was clean and looks just like the pictures. We started every morning and ended every evening on the balcony that over looks the pool. Conveniently located near everything on our agenda. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit to Tampa and stay at Sara's!

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

Michael’s place was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The space had a simple and elegant style that made it feel instantly relaxing and welcoming. We had more than enough room to unwind, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—easy access to major roads and walking distance to great coffee shops. Michael was an outstanding host: responsive, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to make sure our stay was seamless.

Casita at Central is named perfectly! It is definitely a casita where you can stay in and enjoy its peaceful nest and it is definitely centrally located where you can visit NOHO, SoHo or Downtown within 15-20 mins.

Home was very clean, and everything easy to find. We did have an issue with the newer refrigerator, but a mini fridge was delivered the next day and then a service man came the following day. Kate was quick to reply to messages. Loved having a garage to park our vehicles in. The pool is great and clean. The neighborhood is nice, but the location is farther than we wanted from the areas that we wanted to visit. We had never been to this area, so it was our fault for not knowing that the beaches we were after were quite a haul for us. Overall a nice, clean and well equipped home.

Moira was a wonderful host; responsive and attentive. The house was beyond our expectations. Equipped with everything you could imagine and very cozy furniture. The pool area was very clean and great for family gatherings. I would love to go back soon!

Maria was a fabulous host and the home was really lovely for our group. We had a very last minute check in after a same day reservation and she was quick to reply and accommodate our needs. The property is beautiful, with lots of high end finishes while still feeling cozy and comfortable. The pool is pristine and there were tons of beach essentials in the garage. Kids and adults all had a great time! We would absolutely book with this owner again.

We picked this listing because we wanted a home base where we could hang out as a whole family. From the pool, to the comfy living room and dining room set up, there was always space for all of us. This is probably one of the most well stocked rentals I've been to. From kitchen items to extra bedding and beach/pool items, whatever you can possibly need was there!

This will be my go to airbnb moving forward anytime Im staying in Sarasota. Everything about Maksim's place was exceeded my expectations. The pool and outside area with a gas grill and jacuzzi was everything I could have wanted while staying in Florida. The outside space was phenomenal! Inside the couch was super comfy with a nice big TV to watch in the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything anyone could need for cooking or having a nice big dinner at the house if you dont feel like going out. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was massive. This place was very clean and very cozy and I felt right at home. The hosts were always responsive and would adjust the temperature of the jacuzzi anytime I asked. Such an amazing stay! Highest recommendation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The check in was seamless plenty of space for parking, and Sam was very responsive to any questions I sent via the app .We loved all the amazing amenities like the ping-pong table, open living room space, and the variety of board games and cards. The pool temperature was nice and comfortable in the outside was very clean. We would’ve loved if the jacuzzi jets functioned however they were still under repair. Sam was able to warm up the Jacuzzi temperature for us though, giving us nice hot water. The only thing we noticed was it took quite a while for the master bathroom to heat up for showers due to the distance from the water heater. we had to let the water run for quite some time, and even then it didn’t get as hot as the rooms on the other side. Other than that we loved the space!

We only stayed for 1 night, but everything was just as described. The home was very nice, well stocked kitchen, linens, beach gear, pool access and clean! Caleb provided very clear instructions for entry options, WiFi and even television names for those who like to stream/cast. The checkout requests were very reasonable (take out trash, empty fridge and food, gather towels if possible) unlike some hosts who require you to clean the entire place in addition to a cleaning fee. Great access to beaches, restaurants and even a golf cart if needed (we didn't for just the one night but would have been great for a longer stay). I'd challenge anyone to find a better spot for 4-8 people in IRB. I'd certainly stay here again.

We absolutely loved our time at The Strand! It was beautiful, peaceful, and private! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the pelicans in the mornings and evenings! Our son especially loved fishing off the docks everyday. The condo itself was gorgeous and perfect for our family of 3! Highly recommend and would stay here again…actually planning on booking it for next year!

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.
