Monthly Rentals in Holtby

We had a wonderful stay. The property is stunning and very comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. It’s a great location with either a bus from the village into York or from the park and ride just down the road. Thank you for the treats you left do us, they were very much appreciated. Great communication, Michelle gave us the opportunity to check in early. The property is in a stunning, secluded location. The property has a very well equipped kitchen with beautiful period features, welcome pack with lovely jam and scones were much appreciated. The bathroom was probably the largest we’ve seen and was definitely a place you can relax in. Close proximity to York, great bus service 5 minutes walk away made this the perfect place for sightseeing and shopping in York.

I enjoyed a lovely, peaceful stay at The Poetree - I didn't want to leave. Wendy and Fynn were the perfect hosts, there when I needed them but not intrusive. Fynn very helpfully showed me the best way to walk into York and was very thorought in guiding me around the house when I checked in. It really is the perfect place to unwind and take some time to yourself, especially when the sun is shining. The walk into York took me about 30 minutes, which was great for me. I hope to have an opportunity to visit again and stay a little longer next time!

We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation,lovely peaceful location,immaculately clean and spotless. Enough towels,and basket in bathroom full of toiletries. Nice comfortable bed, lovely bed linen. We will be returning again, this is our first experience with Airbnb, highly recommended .
