Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Hoogezand-Sappemeer

We had a wonderful time at Ton and Lizette’s place. The house and surroundings were even nicer than the photos. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. They even included a few dog treats to also welcome our dog. He really lived his best life exploring outside. We felt relaxed and enjoyed taking walks in nature. The bed was so comfortable with the adjustable settings and reading lamps. We were sad to leave, but we look forward to going back!

We had a wonderful week. The house has all the comforts, including a very nice kitchen. The sun in the front garden was also nice, where we could have had a quiet breakfast. The location is nice and quiet, so we were really able to sleep very well. In the area we enjoyed the nature, the tranquility and the friendly people. The reception was warm and personal, even our dog Bettie received a warm welcome. All in all recommended, we will definitely come back there. Finally, I would also like to mention Dokkum, a very nice town with special shops and good restaurants. Thank you Coen and Anne (and Marianne) for this beautiful, nice week. Beautiful house! Perfect for groups who like to be on their own and are looking for a little break. Well equipped, we felt more than comfortable.

We were a family of five adults and a five-month-old baby for a week in the old painter's house of Christin and Willi. We had a very nice time in the house and were able to enjoy the quiet garden directly on the water in good weather, especially in the first days, and watch the cows grazing on the other side of the water. But even with the bad weather in the second half of the week, we had it very cozy in the house in the spacious living room with fireplace. The location is wonderfully quiet for relaxing or taking walks along the dike. For our baby, Christin and Willi even provided us with a travel cot. The communication with the two was great, they were always helpful and with good tips (e.g. the trip to Groningen was very worthwhile). Everything in the house was also very clean and well maintained. All in all, the perfect accommodation for a family getaway. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

A nice location, great starting point for cycling, hiking, visiting places. When you stay in Anderen, it seems to us as if we are staying in the Arnhem Open Air Museum. We also come from that area. Josiane's vacation home was a beautiful, modern new stay at a lovely place on the campsite by the beach. We stayed here as a family of 3 one night and combined it with a visit to family and a trip to the Sprookjeshof. What was extremely nice was the quick and pleasant communication in advance. We were also really thought along with us and even an extra heater was arranged due to our child. The best part was a nice walk with our child on the beach that is really next to the cottage.

We had a lovely week with our two children (5 and 8 years) in the cottage on the Schildmeer. We were able to swim almost every day and otherwise explored the surroundings (Groningen, Appingedam, Delfzijl). The amenities are better than indicated: there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand and tea towels and a large selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. There is no oven, but a microwave where we prepared our casserole. We had a good time and say thank you very much!

We enjoyed our stay in "Il Piccolo Nido". The mobile home is very neat and comfortable for the two of us and our 2 dogs. The facilities in the kitchen (stove, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) all functioned well. The covered terrace was also very pleasant to be able to sit outside even during a rain shower. The campsite is very quiet and is located in a beautiful nature reserve for hiking, directly from the caravan. Fully was very involved during our stay and responded quickly to our questions. We felt extra welcome because of the gifts she had left for the dogs and the treats for ourselves on the table and in the fridge. Recommended!

We are coming from the south and wanted to stay a night close to Emmen because we were going to the zoo. We were warmly welcomed by Rene and felt very welcome. The chalet is located on a small-scale and quiet campsite and is super cozy. Our daughter of almost 2 also liked it very much and camping cot and high chair were also present, plus! We also enjoyed sitting in the sun in the garden by the chalet. We had a nice weekend and definitely recommend this accommodation!

This is a lovely little chalet set in a beautiful nature area. The chalet is very comfortable and has all the day to day necessities. There are bikes for guests to use. Martine and Manuel are wonderful hosts. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We we‘re so happy with our stay in Zuidwolde! Beautiful countryside around the Airbnb, lovely to sit outside and enjoy it. Only 10 min in car to central Groningen, very easy route. There is private and free parking on the property. The flat is good size for a nice weekend away, we had everything we needed. Communication with Klaas was great, we’d definitely book again!

a great accommodation located on a lake, just outside Groningen very comfortable! unfortunately, the bedroom has no possibility of blackout, but this is just a small drawback. thanks for a great stay!

We had wonderful Easter days in the cottage. The house has all the comforts. Good beds, nice shower and the kitchen is spacious. During our stay seen a lot from and learned about the life of a farmer with a dairy farm. The calves and dog petted. The area is beautiful. From the house you can immediately start walking and cycling trips. In short, recommended. Family Addink, Thank you for the hospitality and service.
