Looking for a pet friendly and toddler friendly place ?! Look no further. We come to town from Valdez often to get supplies and this was the best one we’ve ever stayed in ! Fully fenced backyard perfect for the kiddos and dog to play ! We will Be back :)

This little home was perfect for our family of six! We loved having all the kitchen gadgets so we could cook breakfast. It was nice to have the back yard to let the kids run some steam off! Super clean and comfortable!

This Airbnb has a great location - we were able to easily walk into downtown Anchorage. Also it was a good value for our two night stay; hotels would have been more expensive with less privacy.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The best Airbnb that I have stayed in by far! The host responded very quickly. The place was very clean and gave a cozy feeling. While staying there, an issue arose and the host immediately took care of it. I’m talking within 24 hours. I ended up extending my stay and the host promptly came to me and refilled the amenities that came along with staying. I didn’t have to ask. I will absolutely use this host in the future.

Silas has been a fantastic host. Kitchen well stocked, clean bathroom and neat beds. Super comfortable for our group of 5 including a toddler. Very accessible location too. 10/10.

We stayed at Ann's for 10 days with two grandchildren. They had their own rooms. The teenager in the bunk room felt a little crowded with all the toys, but the bean bag was appreciated. The queen room had an empty bookshelf so it was handy for storing their clean clothes after washing. The two suitcase holders in the master were handy; most hotel rooms have only one! Having a washer and dryer certainly was convenient and in a great location in the hall. The king bed was very comfortable. We liked the futons on all the beds. The kitchen pots and pans, toaster, hot water appliance, Keurig, dishes, glasses, and coffee cups were the best I have found in a rental. Ann's pantry was stocked with salt, pepper, flour, spices, condiments and a few extras, pancake mix, a can of soup, etc. Getting in and out of the home was simple. We felt very safe with the keypad and locks and inserts on the sliding glass doors. If we come back to Anchorage Alaska, we would certainly stay at Ann's again.

Adorable little yurt for our adventure. It was immaculately clean and she thought of everything when it comes to have supplies and info available for her guests. Would recommend to others 10/10!

Excellent place to stay!

Dimitri's lodge is a great value for a group of 4 or 6. -there are two bedrooms and an air mattress. Beautiful surroundings and halfway between Anchorage and Girdwood. Great kitchen for cooking up the catch up the day or whatever the group needs before heading out on the trail. Super comfortable and clean, I highly recommend this place.

Great place conveniently located close to the airport and car rental. Pretty quiet except occasional plane, train, and someone’s huskies. Nice and private!

Heidi’s place is very well-located, flawlessly clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed with plenty of room to cook and the fenced yard is great for dogs, with a driveway gate that gives it that “drawbridge up” feel. The location of the house is ideal: close to shopping, walkable to a dozen or more great places to eat and very easy to find. There are three great breakfast spots, great Mexican food and pizza all within a 5 minute walk. Also sushi, Chinese and Italian, but we were only there for a short stay. Heidi’s place is very reasonable, clean and comfortable. Hands down the most convenient place we’ve stayed in Anchorage. Highly recommended.

This was my first time at John’s place and it was great! It was as expected from pics and description, including the wildlife. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. John was responsive and friendly without being intrusive. Willing to help if I needed anything. I slept on the king bed and found it very comfy. I traveled with two of my dogs and John was very accommodating by providing covers for furniture, toys, bowls, and even a leash if you forget. I would totally stay here again and plan to!

Lina was kind and thoughtful. She had some puzzles and kids games that were really nice for our son. I appreciated the water bottles and snacks she provided! Very clean. Felt private even though it was a shared residence (more like a basement apartment). Would highly recommend.

Best place to stay while in Anchorage! So easy to get to things and very comfortable stay.

Super cute and homey vibe. Walking distance to town and to the brewery down the way. Host was available to answer questions and was very friendly. Highly recommend this beautiful spot!

We had a 1-month stay at Jeff's place. This place is right by the city trail system and is walkable to downtown (~1.2 miles). There is also a bus stop right outside the house. A couple of us ended up working here for a bit. There was one desk for use and the internet there was good for work. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils and there were plenty of towels and linens for use. Jeff was very responsive throughout our stay. We were not able to get the mail ourselves, but Jeff or his wife was happy to grab it for us when it came. I did have my parents here as well and they enjoyed the place. It was spacious with 3 floors and we were able to spread out. The bedrooms were nice, beds were comfortable. I did spend some nights in the basement, and it can get noisy when folks use the bathroom. Overall we did like this place and would stay here again if we come back to ANC.

One of the best properties I've enjoyed. I was only there overnight, but it was an exceptional stay! Daniel reached out(day of arrival) to ask what time we would like to enjoy the Nordic Spa, as I had inquired about when booking and it was ready to go. The entire space was tastefully decorated and had all of the little extras that make a stay that much more enjoyable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods. a variety of teas, freshly ground coffee and more. We enjoyed talking with Daniel , making it a more personal stay. I am an extrovert, so I fully enjoy my guest/host interaction if available. A truly enjoyable, lovely stay! I highly recommend Daniel and Savannah's proprty.

Loved the house and the location! Nicely wooded area, just as we like it, yet very close to fishing and hiking trails. and not too far from Anchorage. 👍🏻 House was lovely. Had everything we needed. And the host was so responsive and communicative. We would definitely rent from him again!!

We had an amazing stay at Holly's place! We loved the personalized message and treats we found upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook a meal. We used the provided grill to make hamburgers one night, and our teenage boys enjoyed the hot tub. The home is located only minutes from Aleyeska Ski Resort, so you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Girdwood is a great place to stay if you want to be able to drive to Seward for the day and explore the area (great hikes!) or drive over to Anchorage (about 40-45 minutes). Both are beautiful drives!

We loved our stay here! The house had plenty of space and beds for our group. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax. The hosts were very quick to communicate and provided all the information we needed before our stay. It's a great location for a stay in Girdwood close to the resort and town. Definitely recommend staying here!
