Charming cottage in renovated farmhouse

Hi , We are renting out a furnished house, integrated into the courtyard of our farmhouse, which we have renovated ourselves. This accommodation is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the beaches of the bay of Brest, on the edge of the Armorica Regional Natural Park, but also at the gates of the Crozon peninsula and the Monts d'Arrée. We are 20-30 minutes from the entrance to the neighboring towns: Landerneau (20 minutes) – Brest (23 minutes) – Châteaulin (25 minutes) and 30 minutes from the first beaches of the peninsula.

The Moulin Bernal gîte

Situé dans un cadre naturel calme, à 800m de la plage de Pentrez, un terrain arboré et fleuri de 2600m2 abrite une belle maison néo bretonne de 130m2 orientée sud/sud-ouest et un garage attenant. Cette dernière est le point de départ idéal pour la découverte du Porzay (Menez Hom, Locronan, Quimper), de la baie de Douarnenez (Plages, pointe du Raz), des monts d'Arrée (Mont St Michel de Braspart) et de la presqu'île de Crozon (Cap de la Chèvre, Pen Hir, anse de Dinan, île Vierge, Morgat, Camaret).

A small brand new extension, welcomes you in the quiet of the countryside, near Tréboul. The early risers will contemplate the sunrise on the Bay of Douarnenez.You will observe the changing colors of the seascape and the ballet of the boats on the Bay. Beaches and strikes are within a few minutes walk. Thalasso, shops, market and port of Treboul are 5 minutes drive. Hiking shoes on the feet, it is the GR 34 that awaits you at the departure of the cottage .

Small refurbished house on the Crozon peninsula. Located in Landevennec, 10 minutes from the sea on foot, very quiet at the edge of a wood. Many tourist sites nearby (Pointe de Pen-Hir, Camaret, Morgat, Cap de la Chèvre, Locronan, Pointe du Raz...) Large beaches for water activities. A large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom, an upstairs bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200), 1 single bed and a private garden with table, parasol and barbecue.

Located in the heart of the Armorica Regional Park, this recently renovated penthouse opens the doors to the Crozon peninsula. Its indoor swimming pool with counter-current swimming will allow you to relax after your activities (hiking, swimming, Pentrez beach 10 minutes away...). With 3 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with private shower, it comfortably accommodates 7 people and a baby. Free internet access, childcare equipment available.

The Ria Refuge

LE REFUGE DE LA RIA is a quiet family cottage of 200 m2. With its large sunny living room and sea views, you will enjoy an ideal setting to rest with your loved ones. The sailing club and coastal trail, within walking distance of the house, will introduce you to the idyllic setting of the south of the Brest harbor. Come and enjoy one of the few places near the sea where the population density is low.

Les gîtes d'Hellen

Mon logement est proche de la mer, à la campagne, centré par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques du Finistère. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement, le calme, et le confort. Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Wooden house

New 50 m2 wooden house, self-built in 2022. Located in the Armorica Regional Natural Park. Close to the Hôpital-Camfrout beaches on foot: Kerascoët, Traon, Kerdriolet (bring small sandals for swimming). By car: 30 min from Crozon, 25 min from Brest, 20 min from Landerneau. Linens provided and towels not provided. Baby equipment available: baby bed, high chair and unbreakable dishes.

Tyka: La Petite Bélérit, townhouse

La Petite Bélérit is a 90 m² townhouse, located in the heart of Landerneau. We completely renovated it in 2021. Everything is within walking distance! The train station, the cinema, the Fonds Leclerc pour la Culture, restaurants, bars, the famous inhabited bridge (one of the last in Europe!), Carrefour City. Looking forward to hosting you!
