The apartment is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, hair dryer in the bathroom, coffee capsules with coffee maker, sofa bed.

The apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge, dining area, bathroom with shower, small bedroom with double bed and room with sofa bed for 2 people + sleeping floor comfortably sleep 2 children. There are plenty of skiing areas and cross-country skiing trails, bike paths and hiking trails in the area.

Our apartment is located in Sosa, only 8 km (11 min.) from Eibenstock and the swimming gardens. Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. If possible, a sauna barrel can be booked on site.

Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
