The cottage built in 1919 is after a complete extensive renovation (2023) that made the property an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, family-run, and comfortable environment, from which you and our family will want to come home. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Giant Mountains National Park - the cottage surrounds from two sides of the forest.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The host was very willing to help us with questions, even before we reached the country, and messaged us during our stay to ensure everything was okay. The attention we received and the instructions for the property were superb. We are a family of 5, and there was plenty of room for all of us, our luggage, and ski gear. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking, and the apartment itself was presented very nicely, and beautifully warm after a day at the snow. It was easy to get to the supermarket or local eateries in our rental car. We would highly recommend this apartment and host for any future holidays in this beautiful region.

Petr was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is perfect for friends or family. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. Many hikes around the house. The garden is beautiful and perfect for eating outside or just enjoying the sun. Definitely recommend and plan to come again!

Except for the 45-minute walk uphill to the property, which was supposed to be a "15-minute walk", the location was a little off the beaten path and therefore very quiet. We would have liked access to the cabin to have been cleared of snow and ice before our arrival. We had to do this ourselves, which took a lot of time and effort. We also found sprinkled goods by chance. I think this is at least part of the weather conditions. The cabin itself is extremely spacious and more than big enough for our group (14 people). Bathrooms and toilets were very clean. The kitchen has everything you need (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and much more). The hosts were easily accessible and supported how and where they could. Very nice people! All in all, the stay was great and we will be happy to come back! But this time with a 4x4 drive vehicle 😉
