There are board games, books and drawing materials that can be freely used. Small kitchenette with microwave, no hotplates. 3/4 bed 140x 195 with Tempur roll mattress. Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers beautiful walks along the water all year round. In less than 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes and some of the area's ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day trip in nature.

The house is only 500m from Horsens city center, where there are good restaurants and vibrant life. The house has 2 floors. The ground floor starts with a very cozy entrance into a large kitchen as well as a kitchen-living room. On the other side, we have a living room with a TV and a fireplace. On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom as well as 2 children's rooms and a bathroom. There is access to the backyard directly from the kitchen as well as a large cozy outhouse. Free parking right in front of the house.

(Huset er helt privat) Haven deles med ejendommens øvrige beboere. Parkering er gratis i kvarteret. Vi har reserveret en plads til jer 500 meter derfra hvis privat plads ønskes. Afstand til f.eks. Strøget: 500 meter. Horsens sygehus - 900 meter. Banegården 1,5 km. Langelinje (Horsens bystrand) 1,3 km.

Praktisk information: ✔ Bad, toilet, tekøkken, køleskab og vaskemaskine findes i hovedhuset ca. 60 meter fra hytten og deles med få andre gæster. ✔ Der er gode parkeringsmuligheder tæt på. Et roligt sted for dig, der vil på vandretur, have en pause fra hverdagen eller opleve naturen omkring Grejsdalen.

I Skrædderens Hus inkl. annex er der plads til max. 7 gæster. Huset har alle fornødenheder til et perfekt gæsteophold og en skøn gårdhave. Vi anbefaler 4-6 personer. Er man 7 personer, skal man kende hinanden godt. Overnat lige ved golfbanen, padelcenter og Blue Zone (spa/velvære) og selvfølgelig også, hvis du er til et arrangement i Brasseriet Stensballegaard - der er kun 500 meter til huset. Er du til koncert i Horsens, er det også et skønt sted at overnatte.

Cozy surroundings for a perfect night out. In this spacious guest suite you can enjoy the tranquility and each other's company. There is plenty of space to relax outside and inside. There is a separate entrance, a separate bathroom/toilet and a kitchen with crockery, electric kettle, single hob etc. Sofa bed of good quality. There is access to a pavilion with a barbecue and the option of a wilderness bath and outdoor shower (by agreement).
