I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little cottage. Really great last minute find for the bank holiday weekend, well equipped kitchen and the way it's been furnished is so pretty! The little garden is a delight, we had a wonderful few hours in the hot tub, and the bbq dinner afterwards made the weekend! Our dogs were welcomed and Sara is a super responsive host. Even saw a couple of deer in the grounds. Loved it!

This was ideal for our family as we were attending our daughter's wedding. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and do what was needed. Lovely dog walks and fields for ball games just across the road. Nicola rescued us on the day of the wedding when the hob didn't work. She took away the sausages etc and cooked them for us. Great when under pressure!

Perfect house. It was big, had all the things we needed for our stay and really clean. Had a great time there and would definitly book again, if we ever stayed in der area. The Communication with Laura was quick and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Thank you Katherine for the stay in your comfy and welcoming home. It is a very fun little house with a back garden looking onto the old church. We were four adults and had an excellent time. The house is equipped with everything you need and parking spaces were plentiful. We had delicious take away from the Indian restaurant at the back of the church, and the coop across the road has all the groceries you might need. Also we had a good dinner at the pub , a five minute walk away. I highly recommend Katherine's home as a stay.

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Nestled in the South Downs, a few miles north of Brighton, in a quintessential English village, We found The Granary, here to spend some time with our adult children and grandchildren. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, but the star is the lounge, high ceilings with oak beams. But the house is only part of the story, stroll around the beautiful, extensive grounds you will feel like lord and lady of the manor!

What can I say? I stayed for the night as my children had an overnight stay with their Brownies nearby so I thought I’d treat myself to a little getaway I cannot fault my stay, it truly was a wonderful stay. My hosts were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. My accommodation was spotless! WiFi, Sky with the full package (I don’t even have the full package at my own home) NF & Prime Fridge was stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks & beers Breakfast stuff available also which was very kind of them 2 minutes walk from Tescos, there is also a big shopping centre which is about a 20 minute drive away I really felt at home here, I would 100% stay here again & would also recommend to my friends. We had beautiful warm weather so enjoyed sitting in the large space at the front of the property. It was so peaceful ~ all we heard was birdsong. Wonderful countryside literally on the doorstep. Very relaxing.

Fantastic stay in Epsom with my mother and 2 small children (3&5yrs old). The place was clean, tasteful and more spacious than expected from the pictures. An added bonus was the front terrace area was nice fun for the kids to listen to live music next door. Cherry on the cake was the flexibility for a later check out which was super helpful - will definitely book again when in Epsom.

Lovely dog friendly cottage. Very cosy and comfortable. We were a little unlucky with the weather but had a relaxing time nevertheless. Lovely walks, Littlehampton beach and Arundel just a short drive away. Sue was lovely and greeted us when we arrived. Overall, lovely stay!

The studio was great, exactly as pictured, and super clean! Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at the barn if you’re in the area!

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay for a long weekend. Sarah was a very welcoming host and the check in process was very easy. I was spending the weekend visiting family, but there are lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants in both Lindfield and Haywards Heath. The studio flat was very private and very cosy in the midst of a horrible January storm

A massive thank you to Susie for a wonderful stay. She was very attentive, friendly and flexible when my plans changed. It is a truly lovely home and I would highly recommend to all. I hope to be back soon :)

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

Beautiful peaceful sanctuary. We loved it! The photos don’t do this space justice at all. Can’t wait to return for another evening wine by the firepit.

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

We had a very comfortable stay. The high quality accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed and more, . Diana was the perfect host who made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. A bonus in the hot weather when we stayed was the air conditioning. The views from the Garden Room are stunning as are the beautiful well kept gardens. We hope to return again in the future. Highly recommended and good value.
