Ultra-centrally located in the heart of historical Athens, this 2019 fully reconstructed studio is in the premises of an iconic shoe-factory from the 70’s, that was converted into a serviced condo-building.

It provides its guests with direct access to all MUST visit attractions. Bars & restaurants, subway, bus and train stops, as well as all the major sightseeings are within 3 minutes walking distance.

Constant WiFi and a fully equipped private kitchen are a few of the free offered amenities.

The space
This 2019 fully renovated 23 sqm. (248 sf.) studio condo-apartment is situated in Psyri neighborhood in a 5-storey building.

This home consists of two parts, the living space and the shared rooftop on the fifth floor which offers an exclusively stunning view to Acropolis and the surrounding neighborhood of Monastiraki and Psyri. The rooftop is equipped with tables and chairs in order for you to enjoy your breakfast, your evening drink or just chill under the ancient Acropolis’ influence while feeling the impact of the refreshing summer breeze on your face! :)

The studio’s decoration is unique due to its blue glass ceiling-lamps, the 1970’s “Olympic Cruises” advertisement poster and the watch-airplane that reminds you of your adventure! You are ready to travel!! This home consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and colorful living room and a beautifully decorated bathroom including all the needed amenities. The living room contains a Queen-double bed and a sofa which unfolds to a single bed! You will definitely enjoy tasting local Greek delicates on the built-in bar while listening to some Greek music or reading your favorite book under the light of the vintage lamp!

The apartment is equipped with a 32” smart-TV, so that you do not miss your beloved Netflix show when you come back from an adventurous day among the Athens ancient ruins, you also have constant free internet access either on your laptop, tablet or smartphone.

In the warmer days, we recommend you chill in the rooftop which due to its size, can also be used as a dance floor… ;)

Other things to note
This studio is part of an iconic 5-storey old shoe-factory which was converted in 2019 into a serviced apartments condo building to meet the high standards of our collection.

The MUST visit venue in the building is the shared rooftop that offers an amazing view to the Acropolis, as well as oversees the Psyri neighborhood. Tables and chairs are provided for you to enjoy the sun and the Acropolis view.

I grew up in Athens, Greece, an awesome and vibrant city, where I studied Civil Engineering at NTUA. I was always keen on music, a passion which I flipped into DJing, yeap!!! Following my graduation I wanted to see the world and study abroad, so I attended Columbia University in NYC for my second Masters degree. The 2008 crash sent me directly to Germany where I started my career in banking.
