Independent studio in my modern house. Quiet area. Functional with kitchenette and private shower room. A 140 double bed, a wardrobe and table. No smoking. Only suitable for up to two adults. 5 min walk to RER/SNCF station and city center. (shops, pharmacies, bakeries, market Wednesday and Saturday morning). 20 minutes from the center of Paris by RER and 15 minutes from the Saint-Lazare train station by train. Maisons-Laffitte 15 minutes away. Close to Versailles and Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

From the train station you can reach Charles de Gaulle Étoile station or St Lazare station in 12 minutes and you can reach Versailles in 50 minutes via La Défense. At the exit of the train station, there is a bakery and a supermarket (Intermarché).

Very responsive and flexible, Alice allowed us to arrive earlier to enjoy the outdoors and the nice weather that day! everything was as described and perfectly met our expectations. The accommodation is spacious, well arranged, located in a very quiet environment but very close to the city center so very convenient for arrival by transport or last minute shopping. I really liked the neighborhood, beautiful and peaceful. It takes approximately 30 mins to the center and metro station is not far away. The apartment was not that big but it was cozy and it was all we asked for. If you want to enjoy Paris without all of its chaos, it is a definite recommend! Thanks to Raphael and to his team for everything.

It’s a place we loved, and would visit over & over again & deifintly recommend, But not only for the location and convenience of having everything you need around you and you are 10 min away for RER A (4 stops and you are in central Paris ), it sets the benchmark very high for our future air bnb bookings, as we will be always comparing to the “Jean-Claude” service level standard. He really knows how to host & greet people, goes not only the extra mile but goes many more miles to make sure you dont literally need a thing as it is already provided, toiletries, herbal drinks, kitchen essentials, cooking essentials, bottle of water to greet you, few secondary cooking supplies as if you are in your own home even a shopping bag for your grocery, with generosity in every bit of it. But not only that, he is always very responsive, and attentive to all details, ensuring that you are well taken care of. Thank you Jean-Claude
