Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, maximum 2 pets).

Tranquility Cottage

When you stay here the whole house is yours. You do not share any of the space here at Tranquility Cottage.. We are very close to the village of Gambier which is where Kenyon College is located. Apple Valley golf course is 5 minutes away open to public. Mohican State park and canoeing is 20 minutes away in the beautiful village of Loudonville. Lots of fun shops there too. Amish country is approximately an hour away. Historic Roscoe village is also approximately an hour away.

Located right on Apple Valley Lake just outside of Mt Vernon, OH this 2250sqft house is recently remodeled has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2 levels and is beautiful. You can enjoy our dock and go swimming or paddle boarding or just relax and fish. On the main floor is a card room perfect for family games, kitchen with walk out to 2nd story deck and 3 season room, living room with TV, and master bedroom with a private deck and fireplace. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and fireplace.

Birds Eye View Retreat

Place was great. Had a group of buddies stay for two nights on Memorial Day weekend for some golf. The house has an awesome balcony/terrace and plenty of couches and beds to sleep on. The host was fast with responses and very accommodating. We also used the grill one of the nights and it worked great. There is a fire pit that we regret not taking advantage of as well. Overall a great spot!

We loved the cabin ambience and how clean and quiet it was. Everything was set up to be cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the welcome basket with snacks and water bottles and the wood provided for the fire pit. My kids loved that! Our host was responsive to any questions we had. Next visit to Gambier, we will book the cabin without hesitation!

A beautiful home that immediately felt comfortable and private. Very kind neighbors and easy access to the nearby lake. Saw a few deer and cardinals and other beautiful birds! Incredibly clean inside and bright and spacious. Exactly as described. Can see why the beach house and owner get so many 5-star ratings!

lovely little getaway. You will be close to two other cabins and the campground. It's not a noisy campground and we were there memorial day weekend. Everyone is very nice and keeps to themselves unless you want to talk!
