Von hier aus kannst Du verschiedene Aktivitäten starten wie z.b. Kanu fahren oder Mountainbiken. Ein Schlafzi. für 2 Gäste und eine bequeme Schlafcouch für weitere 2 Gäste sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche stehen Dir zur Verfügung. Möchtest Du zusätzlich eine Wellnessmassage genießen befindet sich die InTouch-Massage-Oase SUNSPIRIT direkt im Haus.

Inke's guest apartment

Unsere Gästewohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, liegt im Hochpaterre eines Altbaus und ist ca. 50 qm groß. Es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 160x200 großes Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es neben dem Sofa auch ein 90x190 großes Bett. Auf dem Hof gibt es einige gemütliche Sitzplätze. Die historische Innenstadt, Supermarkt und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Auf dem Hof steht euch ein Parkplatz für euer Auto zur Verfügung.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Our marketplace atrium 2 is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone in Höxter on the Weser. We offer fast Wi-Fi and a workstation with LAN connection. On the quiet terrace you can relax excellently. Enjoy the flair of the old town with the historic houses and the pedestrian zone with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Germany's most popular bike path, the R1, is just 200 meters away. Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Apartment bright and modern

Our holiday apartment is located in the attic of our bungalow. It consists of a room with a living area, a sleeping area and a kitchenette. There is also a bathroom. (One-room apartment) You can reach it through the main entrance door of our house via the common hallway and the stairs up to our gallery. Only our guests live on the upper floor, it is also lockable with a separate key. The house is situated in a quiet residential area.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

The apartment is renovated and fully equipped (2nd floor) It is in a quiet location, not far from the cities of Höxter and Beverungen. The R1 bike path on the Weser is 2.5 km away. Corvey Castle as a World Heritage Site is also nearby. In the village there is a bakery and a small grocery store

We rent 2 apartments in one house all year round, in the immediate vicinity of the Altstadt. 1 min walk and you are in the pedestrian zone of Höxter.
