This is the first floor apartment (ground floor) in our beautifully located house in Tengen. The building from 1820 is classified as a building worth preserving in the ensemble of the old town. The construction in solid quarry stone gives the house a wonderful atmosphere; Thanks to the location on the city moat, you have an open view to the south. The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway. The apartment is bright and has a terrace in front of the apartment doors. The view is directed into the courtyard and the old apple orchard. Please take a close look at the pictures.
