This place was beautiful! We took our seniors for their Senior Class Trip. Bryan was very accommodating. We unexpectedly needed to check in earlier than planned. He worked it out with no issues. The kids loved the pool and fire pit. We couldn’t keep most of them off the ping pong table. We had a few bumps while there. The washer and stove went out. However, Bryan was very proactive. He had someone there in no time. He also checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well! This is what a Airbnb stay should be like. Sure, everything will not be perfect. But with a host like this, it sure felt like it!!! Thanks again for the beautiful stay!

We loved staying here! We found the house very cozy and wished we had booked more time. The lake was very pretty and made for some great paddleboarding and canoeing (we brought our own). We hope to return someday soon! Thank you for a great getaway!

I felt like I was at home it was very comfortable and quiet. Yanira was always helpful when I needed anything Thank you so much for opening your home it was a well worth the money spent. If ever need place I will be back.

Stayed her a few nights with some friends and had an absolute blast! The house was amazing and we loved the hot tub. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall amazing stay!

I stay at a lot of rental properties and this place was by far the cleanest! I appreciate the attention to detail and the hosts going above and beyond! The area is nice and feels safe! I found good local food close by each night. Also, it is quite close to Bush International airport. I full recommend this place for your next visit to Spring/North Houston! Thank yall!

Khanh and Ha house was everything my friends and I expected. Decided to do a local bachelor party here in Houston. It was fun! Definitely played pickleball, basketball, and the pool was so nice to jump into after the summer heat. The inside was also awesome! The karaoke room was a great addition to the home. We definitely enjoyed that late at night. All in all awesome home. What’s even better was that khanh and ha were great at communicating. Any time we would have a question it would take no longer than 30 min for them to get back to us if not it was quick. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to other friends and family. Good place to stay

The house is so beautiful, spacious and looks just like the pictures, if not better. The backyard is gorgeous, lots of seating, lighting and beautifully decorated. I made a last minute booking, like literally the day of check-in and it wasn't a problem. The host was responsive and delivered clear instructions. I recommend this house for future bookings and I wouldn't mind reserving this house again.

James was a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided prompt access info and instructions. We all loved the relaxing pool, ping pong table in the game room, the space throughout the house, the sound system and grilling on the patio. The details were a wonderful bonus such as the throw blankets, kitchen utensils, and the beach towels and pool toys. Very family friendly home and a great place to retreat.

Our group had such a great time here, the whole house was clean and comfortable. There were so many fun amenities that kept us entertained during our stay but our favorites were definitely basketball and the pool. The space was perfect for the 9 of us and we would absolutely book this place again!

Loida was amazing. we only had one small maintenance issue and she had someone out same day to try and fix it. We also had a freak accident where a bed frame split in half the day before we left, but no one was hurt and Loida gave us a fair solution.

Jose was a great host and was very responsive and helpful! Anything we needed or had questions with was dealt in a very timely manner. Place was also beautiful, in a beautiful location!

Our stay was great! Host was very quick to respond when needed. The TV on first level (living room area) didn't work, upstairs master bedroom carpet had a odor to it, which gave the room a little odor, and the grass needed to be cut in the backyard Other then that everything was awesome. Quite and very peaceful neighborhood, pet friendly, was close to the convention that we were there for, and everything that we needed was very close. we where able to cook meals and have family time at the house. We're looking forward to the next time we're in town, hoping that the house will be available, because we will surely rent again. We are so thankful for our hosts and honored to have been trusted with such a beautiful home.

I really enjoyed this stay! The house is very cozy and we loved having 2 living rooms. It’s spacious enough for everyone to have their own privacy. The rooms are decorated lovely! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and a quick ride from the airport!

This place looked exactly like the photos , the area was real quiet , me and my friend felt right at home. The Airbnb everything we needed , or would need , as far as shampoo etc , clean towels , tissue , cleaning supplies. The host was extremely nice and communicative with any concerns we had. I will 100% book with this Airbnb again next time I am out here in Houston.
