The building is typical of Mulhouse, the studio is on the 4th floor without elevator access. Parking is easy and free on the street in front of the building. An equipped kitchen will allow you to cook with plates, pots, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge and a double bed.

A large, very quiet house in the city center, very close to pedestrian streets, many restaurants, cafes, shops, market, cinemas, theaters, swimming pool and Roman baths. My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Basel (Hirzbrunnen). You can reach Basel city centre in a few minutes by tram (free) or bike (optional). My house is modernly furnished and offers space for max 4 people. A large shaded seating area is included. Sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with storage) is important to me. A private car park directly in front of the house is also included.
