Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Denna härliga stuga ligger några meter från Vänern och har sandstrand, vedeldad bastu och brygga med vedeldad badtunna. Perfekt även för vinterbad! Utsikten ut över sjön är fantastisk! Stugan har 2 loft med sängplatser, allrum med bäddsoffa, TV, matplats, pentry, kyl/frys, ugn, kokplattor, diskmaskin, wc, dusch och tvättmaskin. Stora glasdörrar kan öppnas ut mot altanen som har gasolgrill, utemöbler och solstolar. Detta är ett lugnt, naturnära och vackert boende 15 km utanför Lidköping.

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

You can´t come closer to lake Vänern. Wake up to the sunset and enjoy the the morning from the big terrace. During 2020, the house underwent a major modernization. The ground is like a park and you have only the forest as nabour. The guesthouse is located on the pier where you have your own bay. There are nice areas for walking and cykling. You can take the boat and go fishing in lake Vänern. It is just 15 minutes by car to Vänersborg where do your shopping.
