It was built so that the ladies of the Consford family could cook on hot summer days without heating up their homes. The canning kitchen has been added on to and changed into a barndominium style cabin. Relax outside on the porch with a hot cup of coffee or inside in front of the tv. The Consford family looks forward to hosting you in this beautiful cabin in the pineywoods.

Need a porch to sit on and listen to the sounds of the lake? Launch a kayak (2 kayaks are provided on premises) and catch a few bass? This little cabin is a perfect get -away. Sits on a secluded hill on 23 acres of private property. Spend some time in nature and enjoy being away from city life. We DO have Direct TV and NOW HAVE WIFI, some cell carrier services are spotty or even NON existent. Please be prepared to "unplug" while enjoying your quiet time on the lake or around the campfire

Little Pine Cabin is located in a quaint compound on the shores of Lake Sam Rayburn, but conveniently situated to visit Lufkin (18 miles), Huntington (15 miles) and Nacogdoches (20 miles). The cabin has beautiful views of the lake and complete access to our expansive shoreline. Please note this is an open concept cabin. There are walls but no doors.
