Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Hydra

Myself and my friend stayed here for three nights. The apartment was really lovely; it had a private veranda, plenty of space, was well-equipped and absolutely spotless! Sofia and her mother were extremely nice and helpful with giving recommendations. They serviced the rooms and laid out breakfast each day which we were totally not expecting! 10/10 would recommend.

Fabulous apartment, well equipped with many kitchen gadgets, spacious lounge, lovely balcony with sea views. No complaints. The apartment was a considerable distance away from Poros town, more than indicated on the Air B&B map. It is very close to Petros Beach which is our favourite beach with a great taverna behind so we were not too disappointed but it meant a long walk into town and a taxi back. This wasn't a problem for us but could be a deal breaker for others. In the age of computer technology I would think it an easy error to rectify.

Georgios' house is a dreamy place, in the middle of a large garden with lemon and orange trees and with direct access to the sea. The apartment is very nice, tastefully and individually furnished. But the absolute highlight is the large roof terrace with the wonderful view, where you can also endure the heat. A good tavern and a beach bar are just a few minutes' walk away.

We had a wonderful stay in Agistri! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and perfect for a family. The hosts went above and beyond by providing a basket full of toys and toddler-friendly cutlery, which made our little one feel right at home. One of the highlights was the beautiful backyard, where we could relax and watch the peacocks wander around the empty field next to the house! The only small downside was that the bathroom was a bit outdated and the fan/noise could be a little loud. But overall, this didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend it to families looking for a peaceful getaway.

Excellent welcome from yanis very clean and well located accommodation for visiting the methanapeninsula, I would recommend it. We were only able to dine once but other tavernas are very good at the port of Vathi

Excellent stay at Kostas. The accommodation is large and very pleasant. The view is superb, there is a small balcony where you can eat at 4 and Kostas is quite available and friendly.

We had wonderful days in Nicola’s beautiful house. Pictures really correspond to reality. Christos met us in the harbor and showed us the house upon arrival and Nicolas was quick and helpful in responding to questions before and during our stay. We can highly recommend to stay with Nicolas when visiting fantastic Hydra.

Amanda's place was beautiful and well worth the money. Super easy walking distance to the main town on Poros and plenty of delicious restaurants and a little supermarket nearby. Amanda was lovely and easy to communicate with and the whole check-in/check-out process was very relaxed. An absolute highlight is the Balcony that looks straight on to the harbour. It feels tucked away off the main road, and gets plenty of shade in the morning, so it's a really comfortable place to just relax. The one thing I would say is if you are hoping to just go straight into the sea, the nearest beaches are a bit of a walk away, and the nicest beaches are even further. Nonetheless we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Nikolas's house was everything I expected and more.. The location was about a 40 minute walk from the port, Nikolas sent instructions of how best to get taxi for when we arrived, but once we had tested the walk out the next day we decided it would be ok to walk back with our luggage for the return ferry. There was an amazing bakery about 5 minutes walk from the house and a supermarket with just about everything you may need. We were welcomed by Zoe with lemonade and her own olive oil and the fridge was stocked with water - lovely gesture. The house has everything there to enrich your stay and had a lovely personal touch to it. The local area was fairly quiet, beautiful peaceful beaches and quite a few eating places. Delicious breakfast at Odyssey, and evening meals at a couple of the beach front restaurants which were all good. The port area is much busier and has lots of bars, shops etc, but still has a peaceful aura. Beautiful place and I would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

Thanks again Sue for a lovely peaceful few nights tucked away in Ermioni. The cottage is so sweet, cool and comfortable and contained everything you could possibly need. Sue was extremely helpful when showing us around and always responsive to messages - would definitely recommend as a fantastic holiday spot.

A gorgeous vintage loft. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and great location. Very peaceful and quiet, with the gentle sound of donkeys clattering down the cobbled streets. Fantastic host, stunning property. Hope to return. A true gem of a place.

We had a wonderful time in Hydra! The apartment is located in a calm and peaceful part of the island and is beautifully and tastefully furnished. We also really appreciated the fruit and water provided for us upon arrival. Giorgia was a great host - she welcomed us warmly at the harbour and gave us helpful recommendations for our stay. The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

What a beautiful little oasis in the middle of Aegina! Despite the mediocre weather, we enjoyed everything about it - we can only warmly recommend Elena's house! We'll definitely be back one day :) Thank you!

Perfect location to enjoy the harbor, walk to beach and get to restaurants.

The view of the sea was amazing!

Stamatis we saw little when he was sick. But Anna the landlord was gorgeous. She simply didn't know what good she could do for us. Expecting a 5 star hotel, -least away!! Do you expect a 5 star stay with nature peaceful own beach and simple conditions with a walkway to the trip nicest restaurant Marina just below is this place. Here the hens walk freely, the dog jackie visits you and donkeys just behind the house. This is idyll you will not get anywhere else. Recommend a daily trip into the harbor as a nice morning walk. 2 alternative trails to walk. Feel free to accompany a donkey on the way. They often walk by with a proud owner who delivers goods along the road. TAxi boat close to the pier also made shopping trips easy and idyllic experience. Nice beaches in the area but finest was the private nearby.

We had a lovely stay at Anna and Stamatis' place. They are perfect hosts and the location is beautiful and private.

Very small, one of the beds is in the kitchen, but it was a lovely place. Very close to some beaches and a motor bike rental place with awesome staff! Vassiliki is so sweet and so helpful! We loved her!
