The Farm House is part of Hvammsvik Nature Resort & Hot Springs, a gated 1200 acre estate along the coast enjoying spectacular nature and views, only 45 min away from Reykjavik. It's a magical place where you become one with nature in a rustic yet luxurious lodge with top quality furniture and art, fishing lake and close to many amazing sights like the Golden Circle, Glymur waterfall & hiking paths. On site you will find the renowned Hvammsvík Hot Springs, Bistro & Bar.

Himri the mountain villa

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Himri is very spacious (300 sqm) and has everything you could wish for - a fully equipped gym and game room, a sauna and a hot tub. We just bought the villa and just finished a complete renovation. The Old Post Office

The old post office is a very beautiful apartment that we furnished in 2023 with a beautiful view of the Outer Rangá. Hella is very well located in the south. It is a short drive to many beautiful places. It’s really fun to stay in Hella for a few days and take a day trip to all the main places in the south. It is no problem to see the northern lights on Hella and if you drive 5-10 minutes you get out of all the street lights and manage to enjoy them even more.

Ordinary Icelandic home on the sec floor, one double bed bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. No luxury, just plain & simple. Located in a quiet area, about 25 minutes walk (3 km) to Reykjavik city center. Quiet neighborhood with easy transport to center (7-10 min. by bus). Swimming pool, family park, botanic garden and fitness center are just 5 minutes walk away. Nice neighborhood, ideal for families.

This house offers a unique experience via its open design with an attic resembling to a treehouse inside, surrounded with the Icelandic Highlands and a stream running past with a one-of-a-kind Magma Wall. For more Yin we offer you a private Yoga Nidra Exercise facility giving you a boost for your travels. A large sauna house is accessible after 9 PM, shared with another cabin on our premises close by.
