Beachfront holiday rentals in İçmeler

Lilian and Nikolas are the best hosts I have ever met on air bnb! They are beautiful people who put so much love into the accomodation they provide. La Desirade is a magical place, in a peaceful spot away from all the busyness of the main port. With a little beach, shop and taverns near by. The locals were fantastic, offering my son lots of hugs! We were so comfortable in the accomodation, it is clean, very nicely decorated with small kitchen. Lil and Nik really thought of everything you could possibly need...even bringing my son little gifts! I travelled with my family who have various access needs, lil and nik went far above and beyond to ensure we got to and from the port and checking in to see if we were ok. We felt very safe and they really made what felt like a challange for my family possible! I am incredibly thankful for that and would return without question (if we can brave the long journey again!) Shall miss my morning coffee watching the sea. Thankyou both xx

The location is right on the beach. The people make this though, they are so lovely! Maybe we'll come back some day

A beautifully presented, spacious house in a wonderful location, right next to the sea. So rare to find accommodation from which you can swim directly from the house. Comfortable sun beds also mean you could just stay put and enjoy the view (also two traditional tavernas close by). However the local bus takes you to Symi old town (Horio) or harbour for further restaurant choices. Easy 20 minute walk takes you to a lovely beach or take the water taxi. Pedi is a lovely, quiet, unspoilt place and this Villa is definitely the best place to stay. Marietta was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Ayçıl Hanım ve dayısı Tuncay Bey, son derece nazik, kaliteli ve güngörmüş insanlardı. Bizi çok güzel ağırladılar. Kendilerine ait olan tekneleriyle gün batımında Selimiye tekne turu çok keyifliydi. Bunun için ayrıca teşekkürler. Evin konumu çok güzeldi, on adımda denize iniyorsunuz. Deniz bence bölgedeki en güzel deniz. Sığ ve çocuklar için ideal.. Sabah ve akşamları yüzmesi çok daha güzel oluyor. Sıcak bir denizi var.Selimiye hala doğallığını kaybetmemiş bir tatil beldesi.. Köyün içinde tatil yapıyorsunuz ama ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Tanımaktan mutlu olduğumuz güzel insanlarla ve olmaktan keyif aldığımız sakin ve huzurlu bir ortamda güzel bir dört gün geçirdik. Gelmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.

Dairenin konumu gayet merkezi ve ulaşım da oldukça rahattı. Daire temiz, ferah ve tüm imkanlara sahipti. Mert beye ilgisi ve yardımseverliği için teşekkür ederim

Esra hanım son derece titiz, düzenli, iletişim yeteneği son derece güçlü,ev pırıl pırıl. Her konuda tavsiyelerde bulundu, evden ayrılmakta zorlandık. En unutulmaz tatillerimizden biri oldu. En kısa sürede tekrar görüşeceğimize eminim ♥️

Lüks aramayan, sessizlik ve huzur arayanlar için ideal bir yer. Ayrıca kopegimizle çok rahat ettik, özgürce koşturacagi alan vardı. Sezon dışında çok daha keyifli olacağına eminim. Bolca yıldızları seyrettik, ağaçların gölgesinde oturduk. Son olarak, ateş yakılan ocak mükemmel.. Mali Beye ve ailesine teşekkür ederiz.

The balcony views are wonderful, the location is really peaceful and so quiet at night. Pedi is a gorgeous bay, a few nice walkable restaurants and easy to reach the bus to get over to the main town. Dimitris was very easy to reach and the self check in/ out very convenient- it is easy to spot the house from the bus and very easy to reach by taxi at the new marina just up a some stairs. We had a lovely time watching the world go by from the terrace, and took a boat trip around the island visiting all the highlights which left from Pedi. Highly recommend getting the bus to the monastery in the south of the island and walking around the bay away from it- we saw two turtles bobbing around! Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Murat Bey gerçekten çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Bu arada Kenan Bey’i de unutmamak lazım. Her zaman ulaşabildiğimiz yardım sever biriydi. Gayet ilgili ve alakalı bir ekip. Huzur dolu muhitti ile tam bir tatil olanağı sağladığınız için teşekkür ederiz.

Michale’s was a great host and worked over time to help us through some scheduling issues. Villas was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the down town. Nice to get away from the touristy areas and enjoy the beach.

Marmariste konaklamak için bir çok yere baktım öncelikle iyi ki selimiyeyi tercih etmişim. Çok tatlı bi yer bozburundan içmelerden daha çok begendim. Biz sol evde kaldık. Kocaman bahçesi bahçesinde sallanan salıncağı olan selimiye girişindeki ilk ev. Eski bir taş ev. Biz denize girmek için önündeki otelin beachini kullandık. Girişte ev sahibiniz bizi selimiyeyle ilgili bilgilendirip yönlendirmeler yaptı. Kalabalık olarak gelinip iki taraf tutulsa daha keyifli olur diye düşünüyorum. Konaklamam esnasında bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım tavsiye ederim

C’était la deuxième fois que nous retournions à la Villa Jasmine avec toujours autant de plaisir. Le lieu est superbe, calme et à la vue imprenable. La baie de Pedi offre un charme authentique et différent du port de Symi. Merci à Carolina, Adriana et Nicholas pour leur gentillesse et leurs attentions.

Süper bir ev sahibi Gürel bey. Ev sahipliği ve kibarlığı için çok teşekkür ediyorum. İnanılmaz yardımcı oldu bize ve ayrıca harika bir tekne de önerdi. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha güzel, şık ve tertemiz. Evin manzarası gerçekten harika. Çok zevkli döşenmiş ve çok kullanışlı bir ev. Kendine ait bir plajı var, çok büyük avantaj. I’ve stayed at Ahmet’s place a couple of times now. Ahmet is a great host, helping with luggage on arrival, checking in appropriately throughout the stay to ensure everything was ok. Checkout was easy. Ahmet’s place is in a fantastic location in the centre of the Marina, surrounded by great restaurants ( shout out to Cafe Gusta for the great food, service and discount :-) ), and it’s easy to walk to everywhere (the Marina is vehicle free after 11.00). Despite being in the centre of the Marina there is never any noise disturbance, and I had a great sleep every night. The outside space is great, with 2 Sunbed with cushions, bench, table and chair. The views are great, straight out to the sea and bay on both sides. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks Ahmet for a great stay.

Kaldığımız süre boyunca bizlerle o kadar guzel ilgilendiler ki gercekten evimizde gibi hissettik tüm tatil boyunca. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek hersey mevcuttu ve ekstra birsey gerekli ise de hemen yardımcı oluyorlardı. Bahcede yetistirdikleri sebze meyvelerden ikram etmeleri gercekten cok düşünceliydi. Sahil sadece 2-3dk yurume mesafesinde ve orada da Gözde tatil evin'e ait şezlonglar bulunuyor ve ucretsiz bir şekilde sahilde istediğiniz kadar vakit gecirebiliyorsunuz. hemen sahilde de zaten çeşitli işletmeler mevcut :) Kesinlikle sakin bir deniz tatili icin tekrar tekrar tercih edilebilecek bir yer. Amazing stay here! Close by to everywhere we go, not even a min walk to the beach. Wish we had stayed our whole holiday here.

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.
