Stylish apartment in the old Gulfhof

With a lot of attention to detail, this apartment was built in an old, listed Gulfhof. Here you will live in the middle of nature very close to the East Frisian hiking trail. The old town to Leer is only 6 km away. On the terrace with south orientation and views of the graft and natural pastures, you can forget about everyday life and unwind. The apartment has a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). In the living room with an open kitchen, there is a sofa bed with a width of 1.40 m. A TV with DVD player is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove with oven,toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. If necessary, two bicycles (28 "men's and women's bike) are available free of charge for the time of stay by arrangement. For your own e-bikes, there is a storage/ charging option in a lockable barn.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
