You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

Reachable only by private means, it is 45 km from Bologna, 48 km from Modena and 100 km from Florence. The access road to the farmhouse is paved.

1 km from the Rioveggio highway exit, the apartment is part of the villa where I live with my family. Access for guests is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. In the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs, you can park your car. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. In summer, it is always cool, even without air conditioning. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle, and dishes.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The "latorrettadiriola" apartment is inside a tower built in 1860 by Count Mattei, renovated in 2016, and is equipped with: On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a large bed and a bathroom. Warm and welcoming, equipped with every comfort. On the first floor, accessible by a unique wooden spiral staircase, there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. It has a courtyard and a terrace where you can relax.

The apartment is located in a complex of three ancient houses whose origins date back to the thirteenth century, one of which is a manor house. Everything has been renovated in a country style. It is surrounded by a large park which includes fruit trees, a pond and a swimming pool area all immersed in the woods. Wery good restaurants cloose the house.
