INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Very nice apartment, in the heart of Paris, facing the Eiffel Tower! Bright because located on the top floor (6th with elevator) on a very quiet street. Completely renovated in March 2020 with quality materials and furniture, well-equipped. And of course a very nice terrace to relax, have breakfast in the sun! And in the evening, come and enjoy a good bottle of wine while admiring the illuminated Eiffel Tower!

New modern apartment (2021 82sqfit) on "the seine and statue of the liberty", best place for JO Paris 2024 . beautiful kitchen, massage room, infrared sauna, bedroom with big bath front of the seine. piano, dressing and big italien shower. appartment very safe with concierge 24/7 , you have a big maal "beaugrenelle center" ( shops, foods ) directly below the apartment. You will love the relaxed feeling and warm atmosphere of my appartment. The location, and beautiful view on the river and Eiffel Tower. The bus, trams, rer are 150m and Métro Exelmans is about 600m. The local market is 3 days per week, and is very big, selling cheeses, seafood, cooked meals, fruits and veggies. The supermarket open until midnight and there are a few good local restaurants
