Il est situé en dernier étage (5eme) sans ascenseur, dans un immeuble du XVIIème siècle. Le lieu est idéal pour une ou deux personnes.

Seven windows, of which two face the Town Hall with the Seine in between, make the place bright. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first harbor of the city.
