This is a refurbished apartment, very bright, comfortable and well-equipped, 45 m2, located on the twelfth floor offering a superb view from the balcony (5.5 m2) of Paris and La Défense. La Défense is a 5-minute bus ride from the accommodation (15-minute walk) and Paris is 15 minutes away (5-minute walk + 10-minute train ride). For sports and entertainment lovers, it is also a 30-minute walk to Paris La Défense Arena. This listing is my primary residence, it is very important to me; I love it very much.

All food stores in the same block. it is a very quiet area with trees and all the shops at the foot of the building (wine merchant, newspapers, cheese maker, caterer, butcher, baker, delicatessen, coffee, fruit and vegetables, Franprix, dry cleaner., hair dresser, 5' walk to the metro Line 1 ( to La Défense and Etoile ) and American hospital.
