Charming atypical townhouse of 41m2 10 minutes walk from the train station. The accommodation is quiet in a small condominium with private parking. Staircase a little steep, not suitable for people with disabilities. Pets allowed (no enclosed garden) walks along the Seine 3 mins away. Listing is non-smoking. Smoking access is provided on a private terrace (5m2non closed) at the entrance of the house outside. Linens: Sheets and towels are provided. All you have to do is show up!

House is set next to the forest where you can enjoy long walks or bicycling in the nature.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.

It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!
