My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Elegant accommodation, beautiful modern building, 5 minutes from Puteaux train station (Tram T2, L&U trains) and shops. Arc de Triomphe 5 km - 20 mins by Tram&RER; La Défense Arena 3 km - 20 mins by Tram; Roland Garros 6 km - 30 mins Tram & Metro/Bus; Well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven&microwave). Great for a stay alone or as a couple. 27 m2 studio on the ground floor (1/2 floor above the street, overlooks a small wooded garden. Semi-autonomous arrival (key pickup until 10:45pm).

Bonjour, vous découvrez ici notre appartement. Il est très lumineux avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel depuis toutes les fenêtres. Attention à bien noter sa localisation en dehors de Paris intra-muros. L’appartement est situé en banlieue limitrophe dans un quartier très calme près de La Seine et avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Je suis allergique à la nicotine et nous vivons toujours dans notre appartement. J'attends donc beaucoup d'attention de la part des guests pour respecter les lieux.

Sans vis à vis donnant sur un jardin arboré et calme plein sud .Salle de bain avec grande douche et double vasque et WC séparé. Grandes penderies pour rangement. A 5 minutes à pieds du TramT2 station puteaux ou 20 mn à pieds de la Défense . Excellents commerces à proximités, boulangerie en bas de l’immeuble, supermarché et de nombreux restaurants à moins de 5 minutes à pieds.

We take great pride in keeping it perfectly clean while being mindful of the environment. We steer clear of toxic products, even our paint is eco-friendly. Besides, we follow a thorough steaming cleaning procedure between guests. Transportation to Paris: train/tramway (15 minutes walking) & bus (5 minutes walking).

Had an amazing stay at Franck’s & Sophie’s apartment. The apartment is stunning with an amazing balcony. Within 15 mins walk from the local metro, 3 mins walk from a local supermarket and bakery. Super easy check in. Could not recommend them enough as hosts, Sophie was so lovely and helpful, very responsive. Sofa bed was comfy too! Everything we could have wanted and more, thanks for a great stay!

Together with my friend, I stayed for 4 days in Christophe's apartment. We had a wonderful time Although the apartment is not in the center of Paris, we were there in no time. From Garde du Nord, it was only 4 stops by RER E and from there, a fifteen-minute walk. So all in all, we were there in half an hour. There are also a lot of Vélib bikes for rent nearby, highly recommended (if you come from a cycling country, otherwise the bike paths and traffic situations are a bit challenging on some routes). Christophe was waiting for us and welcomed us warmly, gave clear instructions and also responded very quickly via email. The apartment has everything you need, we did not cook, but it is possible, everything is present. We felt very comfortable and the area was quiet so we could sleep well. In the immediate vicinity there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and we felt very safe there. In short, recommended!
