The top floor bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel, and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

Ilfracombe is full of family-friendly activities. Nightlife includes the Landmark theatre, cinema and a wide variety of pubs and restaurants. There is a bus stop outside. It is a great place for couples, walkers, business travellers, families (with kids), and groups of up to 6 people.

Cottage by watermill - 4 mins stroll to beach

Miller's Cottage is located next to our 16th century watermill and award winning tearoom (Hele Cornmill). Ideal for families : children can have a go at milling flour in the mill and have a go at counting the wooden mice and millstones. 5 min walk to Hele's dog friendly beach and a dog/family friendly pub serving good food. There are lots of walks from the cottage either on the South West Coastal Path or into the hills of Berrynarbor.

Manor Cottage is a grade two listed building built in the early 19th Century. Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.
