This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. This charming house in the heart of the old town will allow you to find yourself alone, as a couple, with family or friends. Located between the sea and the mountains and close to amenities, many activities await you: The protected site of Les Orgues is just 5 min away, the lake is 10 min away, canyoning is 15 min away, the sea is less than 30 min away, Spain is 40 min away, ski resorts are 1 hour away, not to mention the many hikes of all levels in the surrounding area. There is something for everyone.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Located near a charming, very sunny little village, on the road to Andorra, this air-conditioned cottage offers direct access to many hiking trails, while being 1 hour from the high mountains and 1 hour from the sea. For a few days or just one night, the farm welcomes you. Lake Vinça is very close. We point out that the access is an unpaved road (800 m) with a ford to cross (the ford is currently dry).
