A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

Herzlich willkommen im wunderschönen Seewinkel! Ich bin BALU - ein rund 30² großes Tiny House, gebaut aus Naturmaterialien und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei mir wird Nachhaltigkeit ganz groß geschrieben, denn mein Strom kommt von der Sonne und durch meine Bio-Trenntoilette wird viel Wasser eingespart. Wenn es kühler wird, sorgt mein Holz-Pellets-Ofen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Meine riesige Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein und auch im Garten gibt's Einiges zu entdecken.

In der Ferne die angrenzenden Orte, Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch und Rust und Fertörakos. Direkt vor dem auf mehr als 2000 m2 großen Grundstück finden Sie eine faszinierende Tierwelt, die Graurinder und Wasserbüffel weiden direkt vor dem Grundstück auf dem das Haus steht.

Unser Appartement 2 Rubin: hat 65 m², eine Garderobe, eine wunderschöne, voll ausgestattete moderne neue Küche, ein Wohn- Esszimmer mit einer großen bequemen Schlafcouch und einem Bad en Suite. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett und ein 2tes großes Bad mit Dusche, 2 Kabel TV und gratis WLAN. Eine Sitzgelegenheit in der romantischen Hofgasse direkt vor dem Appartement ladet zum Frühstücken und zum Verweilen ein.
